Thanks Dave, roger dodger Peter, hope you never had any trolls!!! Bubblechum, I’m so used to celebrating any weight loss, I need to get a grip and find a balance. I’m a big fella and I wouldn’t suit losing much more. I’ve been told I’m looking gaunt but that’s just worry about my 93.yr old mum and other loved ones. You take care sweetheart, stay safe. Thanks John, however I’m try to maintain and not lose anymore. I don’t want to loose any muscle. I want to be healthy not skinny, not that that’ll ever happen!! I do feel fit and healthy though, constantly feeling the cold though, nae guid fur a Scotsman 😂🏴😆
