Not a lot for 3 weeks. Glad it’s not a gain as I had my gf and her daughter staying for 10 days. House was full of sweets, crisps, cheese and gin etc. Resisted all apart from copious amounts of gin!! Oops 😬 . Not got much fat to lose, concentrating on my fitness and training my new dog 🐕 Missing going to the stables, been helping get shopping for the old folks in the sheltered housing nearby. Aldi’s has copious amounts of everything but it’s a fair drive away. Stay safe my friends, go and wash yer hands!!!

Hi George a loss is a loss and that's ok, sound like you are keeping busy, how is the dog doing. Boris is seven today he's had a lot of treats, the wife just spoils him, and we have been for a long walk so he as had a good day. Take care.

Hi Peter, Boris enjoy his walk? I’m going out shortly with Larry Longlegs my rescue Lurcher. He’s a beautiful dog. He’s 13 moths old, just wants to play all the time. He does have his issues but he’s starting to settle down now. He’s just a wee bit exuberant when he meets new people. He was found back in August wandering along the A1 half starved. Have a good day Peter, I was going to say weekend but it doesn’t make much difference atm. Stay safe and thanks for the support 👍

Hi George, Boris enjoyed his walk he loves to run, and we are luck to have lots of fields for him to run in. I have had Boris 3 1/2 years he was very thin at 10KG back then he is about 13KG now which is about right. One of the local farmers told me he had never seen a calmer Patterdale, but when I first got him he was very wound up, he had lived in Sheffield all his life, Cities are not the place's for working dog that need to run. I am sure Larry with settle soon, now he has a good home. Have a good day George, look after yourself and those dear to you.
