Three pound loss since last Monday with last weeks daily average intake at 2069 cals. Happy with that.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks everyone. Mis solo no I do not do any training, just go swimming when I was losing the most. I am a self employed car mechanic and am very active at work 5 or 6 days per week. On my rest days I do off road motorcycle trials riding that also uses lots of energy up. I really struggle to sit doing nothing so can usually easily maintain a good negative deficit in calories luckily because I do like eating too. I dare not think how many calories I used to have before joining FS and seeing the results. The bonus is the more I have lost the more energy I got and kept getting more and more active.
