Oh dear. Two pound gained this week. Saturday did a massive 3450 cals that put my average daily intake up to 2340 cals for last week plus no exercise what so ever on Sunday so no wonder. Determined head on this week now !!
66.2 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Do not let it get you down - I gained 2lb but have managed to lose it just need to keep focused .....
