I've done bad and I feel bad.
I work so hard to lose it and then I slack off for 2 days and loads of it is back again.

Still on the C25K jogging plan. Later on today will be week 2 day 1. Excited and nervous.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
