Too much on Wednesday and Saturday socialising costs calls, over 2,200cals per day average last week. Easily lost that again in a coupe of days :)
65.3 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Went well. I was 3rd overall on the middle route and winner in my class clubman so I should have retained my win again. Won it last 2 years now. I rode wrong side of a flag otherwise all clean and would have been outright winner. But well pleased with how I did. Thanks mate.
