Not a bad loss considering I went out on the lash at the weekend! It was probably helped by drunkenly cycling in the rain to go and get a kebab, only to find i was too late and it was closed! 😂 so instead of taking on unnecessary calories, I burnt some off! 🤣🤣💪💪
119.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
