Stayed the same. Happy with that to be fair as last weeks average daily intake has been 2126 cals and not had as much exercise as normal over last week at work and the Bike Trails got cancelled yesterday due to the storm.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
