Here I go again. Just looked at my past record and know that my weight has been up and down for as long as I can remember. Lots of reasons and excuses for not sticking to it but mainly lack of willpower. Just had a month in Lanzarote which hasn't helped but should be no excuse because of all the lovely fruit and veg out there. I've stuck a gross photo of me in a bikini on the fridge door to see if that helps. Be in touch FS buddies
76.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for that bubblegum! I always think I am bit of a nag with diet and exercise so I do try to tone it down a bit. I mean well though! We are all in this together Julie.
