Hey don’t be down. You can lose that again. Motorcycle riding loses more than you think and spring is on its way again. What bike you ride? Can burn a load of calories on bikes which you wouldn’t in a car

All on FS. are here to support you, set backs are part of life, keep focused be positive and you will get there, dog walking is a great way to exercise,my dog is called Boris I try to walk him 2 hours a day.

bubblegum I change the route as much as I can, its difficult with the dark nights as I live in a village and you run out of street lights and pavement
