P90X is going good so far. The initial soreness is starting to wear off a little. Trying to do the kenpo on Saturday is going to be tough. Plan to do it right when I wake up (but not at 5:30!)
Have a great weekend everyone! If you've reached goals this week, don't sabotage them this weekend (ali) !
65.6 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
