well thats not so good, put on 0.8 of a kilo, trouble with all those Christmas leftover twiglets, cheeselets etc.
Also a few drinks new years eve.

Got the daughter and grand daughter visiting for a week tomorrow so next weeks not going to be any better.
117.7 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
