Anyone actually lose weight over Christmas?
I indulged in the big day, (a bit, but not as much as I used to!), but then found myself actually fancying a salad on boxing day and also on new years day! I hit the gym before Christmas, and itching to get a chance to go back when I'm not too busy. Did any of you guys eat at least fairly healthy over Christmas?
100.7 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yep. For various reasons. Not particularly healthy ones.

No, not at all healthy. I did exercise right through but that doesn't prevent weight gain if you have surplus calories!

Yes I did because I don’t enjoy indulgence it makes me sick so what’s the point?
