Well it's the first Tuesday weigh day after Christmas.
Was expecting the worst, BUT despite all the drink, food and treats i'm the same weight as last Tuesday.

Dont suppose it was the hardly eating anything for the last 3 days though.!!!!
116.9 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
