I'm not doing well, stuffing my face with everything bad and not even enjoying it....need to get a grip!!!! I'm letting other people affect my emotional well being which leads to my ever faithful "fuck it!!" attitude kicking in......heeeeelp!!!
49.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

You are doing ok - your weight is still good. Tomorrow is a new week so get a couple of days healthy eating in before new years eve then start again the day after. You've done it before so can do it again. I've also had a week of eating rubbish and been putting on weight but am starting my healthy plan again today. Lots of water and herbal teas. Be kind to yourself.

It’s okay, just try not to feel bad about eating - you’re allowed to eat what you want and when you want - eating is not a punishment - when you’re ready to refocus on weight loss you’ll jump back on board. You’re giving others too much control over your emotions - you need a mental song or poem or something to recite mentally so you can dismiss their comments and regain control. We all know what happens when we overeat so that action alone should be in our control and not others. Good luck to you and I wish you health, wealth and happiness for the New Year.

Distraction is a good thing I have just started to re-learn french via duo lingo app which is free plus positive books to stay focussed might help....you can do it stay strong 😊

I feel better when I restrict what I eat junk food just makes me bloated and unhappy I have now cut back for 3 days still feel bloated but resting heart rate has dropped from 69-65 so I’m getting there maybe start weaning Yourself off the bad foodstuffs 💕

Thank you for all the positive comments, I feel a bit better today, I have cleared out all the junk from my house "if it ain't there I can't eat it" 2020 is going to be an awesome year starting with positive steps such as going back to the gym /classes and signing up for my yearly charity runs.....I wish you all health and happiness in 2020, you all deserve it and more xxx
