This loss has been so difficult to achieve. Good friends are now concerned that I may be losing to much. They’re wrong, they’re just not used to seeing me like this. I feel healthier and fitter than I did 20 years ago. I am going to increase my calories a little whist it’s so dam cold. Currently on around 1000-1100 a day. I found by making the right choices you can eat a lot and stay within those calorific boundaries. I’ll shut up now 😂
97.9 kg Lost so far: 98.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks jonty, but with Hogmanay looming, traditional New Years steak pie, black bun and shortbread, I don’t hold much hope for my next weigh in! 😂 I think I may have to fast until,,,,,,,June! 😂 🦴
