well that was a surprise, lost 3 kg, maybe fluid retention after the holidays, (did drink a bit more than normal)

Still another milestone reached, broken into the 18 stones.
120.4 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
