Its getting harder to shift! Upped my exercise and eating more protein and even less carbs. It won’t be this strict forever. I’m just a determined, stubborn Scotsman who won’t be beat. Still recovering from eye op so I’m missing my workout at the stables. Cleaning six stables, walking the horses ( and Jack the donkey) down to their paddocks and a wee ride most days. Got to keep the sawdust, hay dust and bacteria at bay until my eye heals. Not going through that sh@t again!

Wow that's another great loss. Hope you're eye is soon on the mend. You have done really well. Look after yourself and don't loose too much though.

Funny you should say that Dave. My mother and sisters were having a go at me today. Last week it was my doctor. I’m ok mate, just sooo determined. I was depressed before and I feel great now. 20 months ago I couldn’t have been put under for my op. I used to take 5 different tablets a day for high blood pressure now I don’t take any. I put on 11 stone in 3 years. All but gone now. then some more. I had trouble with loose skin for a while, that’s tightening up nicely. Somebody up there likes me! Though those that know me recon my help comes from a much hotter place 😂 It’s good to get to get my old Z900 out again. Although the Scottish winter will put payed to that!

George you're an inspiration for others mate. You have done great. I know what you mean about feeling better it's same for me. More energy and feeling younger. Your will have to get a dirt bike to ride up there if it snows ☺

I've reached a plateau as well, decided to mix up my training and switch to muscle building over cardio see if that makes any difference.

Definitely, agree with Dave. George, you're an inspiration for me and others. You have done so well and look great. It's great feeling happy in yourself and you deserve it. Look after the eye and yourself. Xx

Bubblegum, you’ve made me feel very humble. I shouldn’t be an inspiration to anyone pal, I’m disgusted with myself for letting myself get like I was. It was a combination of events, marriage break up, motorcycle accident and not seeing enough of my wonderful son. I just gave up. Never ate huge meals but I ate shit especially late at night. To hear that my story impacts on amazing people like you and Dave definitely brings a tear to a hardened Scotsman’s eye. My good one 😂 your a lovely person and a very Bonnie lassie! You should be soooo proud of yourself! x

When you look back Please don’t feel disgusted within yourself. By the sounds of it you went through so much and that was your way of coping with it and now look at you, You’ve come out the other side looking amazing and fit and hopefully you are proud of yourself. Give your self a tap on the shoulder and hug from me. 🤗 Xx

Bubblegum, I’ll take the hug thankyou but I’m not ready to pat myself on the back/shoulder or anywhere else, well....perhaps a slap on the back of my head for being so stupid 😂
