Weighing in a wee bit early as I only do it once a month. I was at the hospital today for a pre-op assessment for an eye op on the 29th of October. Really happy with both my weight and the assessment. Not there yet though. Still as determined.
107 kg Lost so far: 89 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Tracey, I may have lower my goal weight though. I used to be 99kg and built like a brick shithouse, unfortunately I’m 55yrs old now and built like shit! Ha ha, you’ve did great, must be a good feeling being in maintenance. Well done
