I’m not surprised there’s a small up tick. It’s been a crazy 2 weeks. I quit smoking and my focus has been there more than on tracking here.
95.2 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
