Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.1% and is out of range...

At "0 to go" all week. You are such a rock! I had a single celebration meal this week and have been struggling to get the scale down for days on days as a result... Just frustrating. 😩

Thanks Melissatwa !!! That happened to me last week. Sometimes it takes a few days to get the scale to move. Right now I'm a little frustrated about not getting my body fat percentage lower. If we keep working it will happen!!!

How is it you test for body fat %? Thank you for always being encouraging. It makes a huge difference for me feeling understood. Watching you "losers" who have keep it off makes it seem possible!
