Back to my target weight. Three pounds lost this week with average daily intake at 1933 cals per day last week. Going to Spain on Friday so need to keep determined till I go. I will not be weighing in for a couple of weeks and might even not record intake in Spain for the week.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
