Yesterday we went to the beach. It was a pleasant drive and we snacked on the way there and back home. The Neptune Festival was a all along the boardwalk and we did some walking visiting the booths. I ate "Poorly" for the day at 123% of goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up 0.7% and is more than 1% out of range again...
73.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You got to drive to the beach!!🌴❤️You could have missed all others goals and had a perfect day in my opinion! Sounds so lovely!

Just remember that one day isn’t going to hurt you. It’s lots of days like this that will. You enjoyed the day/weekend 😉. Just start again tomorrow morning.
