Yippee, tnat was a little unexpected this morning but I will take it.
Last day of meds, only one tablet left. Then we will see what haopens.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
