Last weeks average daily intake has been just under 2100 cals. I had 2 days, Wednesday and Saturday where I went mad but otherwise been good. Lost a pound so its all good :)
64.0 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
