Hi, I’ve been on and off FS for around 14 months now. I started my weight loss at the end of June last year. I started at 200kg and in 13 months I’ve managed to get down to 124.7 (at last weigh in two weeks ago. I’ve never posted before as I’m an extremely private person and was simply embarrassed! Last week my girlfriend dumped me because she couldn’t bear the slack skin, in all honesty it isn’t all that bad! I know she has been shallow but shit! It hurts. I won’t let her comments put me off though. Timer as they say is a great healer. Just doesn’t feel like that atm. Oh well onwards and upwards, I’ll start posting my journey now. Not that it’s of interest to anyone!
124.7 kg Lost so far: 71.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have done so well. Don't let anyone put you down. It's absolutely amazing how much you have done. You have got to be so pleased at your achievement and you are an inspiration to others of what someone can do if they really want it. Keep up the great work.

You're doing brilliantly. Just keep focused on that target you have set yourself. You will feel and look so much better. Don't listen to negative talk from anyone.

TRYING to only weigh myself once a month. Resisting temptation has become a way of life ha ha ha! In between weigh ins I use my clothes as a guide. Having to buy new clothes every coupe of months, hard work for a Scotsman ha ha. Lost 6.5kg last month so here’s hoping for the next. Stick with it everyone, thanks for your support, I wish I’d started posting earlier.
