So been doing some comfort eating lately, not eating unhealthy, just too much of a good thing and have definitely been lazy. Need to get back on it, so intermittent fasting and watching what I eat by logging on here and hopefully I can lose 6-7lb and be back in my comfort zone. My work schedules have been a bit full on and I have not been very organised with my meals, so have been grabbing stuff that is easy. This week I will buy good stuff and portion it out for the week, so I can control what goes in my maw. I have also not been as active as normal, I usually move a lot at work, but have had a regime change for now and I am sat on my ass most of the day, going to try and get on my power plate each day to help with toning my muscles and making them work more efficiently.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Do you know what Nathan, I am assuming you are a child with that comment, there is no need for it or space for people like you on forums like this. These journals are personal to each person, if you 'don't care' then just move on, but don't bring your nasty ways into my world.

Lorney I’m soooo up and down with calories at mo, 2 on and 2 off it’s crazy... it eating healthy and that’s the main thing...keep going!!! X

I’ve been the same, was so focussed and had lost 17 lb but last 3 weeks have been all over the place along with my exercise regime 😕, hoping today I can get on track again. Love this app and it has worked for me, not going to weigh myself though until I have had a few weeks back on plan. Helps reading this forum and knowing I’m not alone in my struggles. X
