Been off sick from work with an injury, so been fairly sedentary for a while and put on a little weight, as didn't adjust my food intake accordingly. Lost 2lb of my gain so far, just being careful, back to work Friday, so hope that moving around again will help drop the rest off fairly quickly. Not sure how I injured myself, woke up with pain in my neck, shoulder and arm and loss of sensation in my hand with pins and needles about 8 weeks ago, the pain has gone but still lack of sensation. I now wish I had a camera in my bedroom, to see what I got up to in my sleep to do this to me! Awaiting physio to sort out the cause, which is a suspected trapped nerve in my neck.
