Yesterday was a lift day. I had a huge meal for lunch after my workout and a very light dinner. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.3% and is still out of range...
72.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
