There’s the bounce back. It was my birthday week and I ate two days of seriously crap food (cookies, cupcakes, etc). It was two days and not unexpected. Still down overall. Back on track.
99.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
