Looks as though I was right... a motivational number, in the noughty seventies at last.
So three whole mackerel for dinner did not show the expected noise rise, great.
Enjoying my skipping too, works for me, and spinning ... yarn not wheels, but the relaxation is paying off.
Yay.
Why did I stop for so long, I know how much good it does me.
Anyway, I am back in the saddle.
Nice.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
