Gave up on the diet. It wasn't a deliberate decision. It just kinda happened. We were faced with a string of major family and social events, and I just lost control of the whole diet thing. Now I am almost back to where I was to start with. Will start again. Ho-hum... Problem for me is that for some reason, most extra weight gravitates to my stomach. I end up with the 'pickled onion' body - all belly and skinny everything else.
