37.5% Finally a small loss this week. I did not go for my walk yesterday. Work was insanely busy, and I had to work late just to keep only a reasonable amount behind, and by the time I got off work and ate dinner, it was dark. I didn't squeeze in even ten minutes anywhere. I was feeling really overwhelmed. At least I ate lunch- my coworker missed his.

I guess I could have done some indoor exercise, but I don't find that as fun these days, and I didn't think of it. Instead I talked on the phone and cleaned house. Cleaning house burns SOME calories, right?

I liked my old schedule better. I just didn't know how to coordinate with Chuck and it was possible for me to adjust my schedule but not possible for him. I hope I can get into a good routine-- either by switching back somewhat/somehow or finding a new routine. I am also hoping life will be easier once we have moved to our own place and are settled. There will be so many exercise opportunities at our new place.

Have a great day, my buddies!

Cleaning my house is dang good workout!! LOL =D Dang, picking up after two lil monsters, 2 dogs and one big monster (hubby counts)... you will be working up quite a sweat! You have to keep a schedule that is best for you... it that means that there is overlap time w/the schedules, then so be it. ;) You will figure it out... and if he starts missing you enough... maybe he'll adjust his schedule! lol :) You're doing great... try to get a 10 min walk and plan it and go from there. I know you CAN DO IT! :)

I know it has been a challenge for me to make it to the gym. Before it was because my husband was working swing shift and the only way I could see him was to have dinner with him, so then it would be too late to go to the gym. Now he gets off work an hour before me and I don't want to go to the gym if he is at home alone, even if he is studying. Juggling relationships and working out is hard, but it is worth it. We cannot do everything, but make the best of it and do what you can. We still have to take care of ourselves too.
