Yes thats another pound lost this week and just 3 more to hit my 10st target. Have averaged 1700 cals per day all week with just 2 days higher intake. One yesterday due to my daughter doing me a superb Fathers day Italian meal and a few beers. I was even a pound less than this on Thursday morning too!!
64.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
