Yesterday I ate "Reasonably Well" at 113% of goal and exceeded my protein goal. I met all activity goals and got in a workout using resistance tubes to hit my calorie burned goal. BF down 0.2% and is still out of range. I'm going to be away from my home scale next week and will be only logging food again.
Poof...
