Well only a pound loss showing on weigh in day but its in the right direction. First weigh in for 2 weeks and 2 weeks back my weekly average was a poor just under 2200 cal per day average intake with some big eating and drink days. Last week kept it to 1850 cals average for the week. I was showing 3 pound loss on Friday morning. Have low intake all weekend and low and behold it only a 1 pound loss showing this morning. Never mind , I will lose more this week for sure,,, determination is up and I will get to that 10 stone target.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
