Dropped my target weight from 80kg to 75kg as I seem to try harder the further from my goal I am Also I still feel fat as f### at 85kg although at my heaviest I was 121kg Weird but I feel fatter now than I did then because I'm more conscious about myself nowadays I suppose
85.7 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one feeling this way! Last two days my food intake hasn't been great and I just feel like crap and feel fatter than I ever did although I'm at my lowest weight!
