Day 2 of a planned 10 days of eating

I will try to not eat any solid food until noon today.
That should ‘slow me down’.

Then I plan to have a Big Mac.

Let’s see how that works…

@liv001, @Keilin_4 - Thanks. This is gonna be hard. I want to eat now. I'm not hungry, but, I want to eat. I will go for a run instead...

Way to go, I'm going to try the liquid thing like you. But I'm ordering protein powder, syntrax naturals. No carbs, sweetened with erythritol and stevia. I'll mix mct, coconut milk and maybe cream. I hope you have a great week.

@jenjabba - Watch the protein (see: https://idmprogram.com/how-much-protein-is-excessive/). I thought Dr. Fung was full of it about the protein stimulating Insulin, but sure enough when ever my Protein is above 50g per day I take a hit just as if I had 100g of carbs (sigh). So I have been taking "Slim Fast Keto Meal Shake Mix" half the time because it has only 8g of protein 8g of carbs. Also, both the Protein Powder and the Slim Fast will 'stimulate hunger' in me, so I don't start until as late in the day as possible. Good luck!

@CrashtestDawnie - Grub Hub wouldn't deliver McDonald's anymore, so I had an ultimate cheeseburger from Jack in the Box... It may be only the second burger in 2019 for me. I am already mentally getting ready to go "Mega Dieting" once I get back. I think the expected 15+ pound weight gain will have me 'properly motivated' Haha!

@CrashtestDawnie - Jamaica for a week :) All inclusive blah blah blah. The cool thing is that they actually have a weight bar that you can do dead lifts and squats. I have *never* seen that at any hotel in the States. I suspect it is a major injury lawsuit waiting to happen...

Oh wow!! How nice! Youll have lots of things to do to stay active. Hiking, swimming, sight seeing. It’ll help balance out all the yummy food you’re gonna eat! Its funny but that is probably the exact reason you’ve never seen a bar at our hotels lol When you get back, you’re gonna need to stock up on green tea.
