19.4% fat.
been short on energy for several days.
by 2-3pm started slowing down and making mistakes at work. also stiff and cranky.
was really hungry yesterday so had a bit of a bow out.
weight up a bit and feel much better this morning.
having full English this morning than taking muttly out for his 10 mile hike.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
