Yesterday I did yard work. I ate "Poorly" at 120% of my caloric goal even after raising my daily goal. It appears I may be able to increase it a bit more. I met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3%
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
