Results at last! I haven't logged every day this week, as I forgot to actually do it! But I did eat as if logging, so that's okay. I'm getting more walking in too, I guess because of better weather, lighter evenings and extra motivation from my tracker. Weights this week were humping amplifiers around. Should do some stretches too.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice graph Heidi!!!! Funny how those trackers make one aware. I missed mine so much the few months I didn't have one. Reminds me I need to charge mine.

Great job on your exercise regime! I'd be SKINNY by now, if I had been doing exercise for all this time. I want to get toned like you and @Sharon's Victory. Right now, I'm just doing PT for post knee surgeries from 2017, and decades of back and neck pain and stiffness. If it wasn't raining off and on all day, I would walk around our 10-acre property. I'd still recommend recording things in your Food Diary, either BEFORE you eat them or immediately afterward, as it is very easy to consume more than you think you are when you aren't recording.
