Recording another pound loss at this weeks weekly weigh in. Average daily intake for this week has been 1750 cals so thats not bad. Also 2 weeks since I stopped biting my nails so winning there too :)
67.6 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
