I haven't been fully committed for the last week. This is like a roller coaster. I am getting better because when I'm off it's not as bad as before. I'm still moving more and eating less than before. Luckily I haven't been gaining, but I haven't been keeping all my goals fully like I want either. Yesterday was the first of the week plus the first of the month. It felt like a fresh start and I had a good day. So things are looking up this week!
