It's alright, a couple of days of eating a bit extra isn't going to harm your weight loss progress in the long run. The only thing that matters is how long it takes you to get back on track. If you don't feel like working out then do something active that you enjoy instead. Walk in the countryside, go swimming, organise a cupboard just anything that lifts your mood. Sometimes craving extra food is your brain telling you that it needs particular nutrients, try some new recipes with the emphasis on nutrition and see how you feel. We're all here with you xx
