No change at this weeks weigh in but average daily intake has been 2000 cals . Relaxed it a bit all last week plus a couple of drinking and eating lots nights. Back on it this week now.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
