This week has been really good. I stayed motivated and pushed myself to do a lot of workouts. Food hasn't been as big a challenge lately, temptations are still there, but cravings are manageable. I've managed to turn down sweets and one time I decided to have some since I hadn't had enough calories for the day. I only had a small serving and instead of 5 (big deal for me). Heading into another good week!
87.3 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
