Two pounds lost this week at my weekly monday morning weigh in. Pleased with that as average intake has been a little more at just under 1800 cals per day. I had 2 nights out this week with the pool team drinking John Smiths.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
