Glad that I've gone back up to 7 n a half stone.. don't really like dropping lower! Now for a moan.. I really wish the FS app would put the potassium levels of food on here properly..ie according to the app banana has none unless you cook it!?! rubbish..raw banana has plenty of potassium.. but avocado has more.. but according to the app contains none at all!!!?! As I have blood pressure and heart problems n my meds for blood pressure cause them to drop I really need to keep track of my potassium levels more so than my calories atm! I I've actually emailed them a few weeks ago but didn't even get a reply which was disappointing to say the least..Ok moan over for now.. Have a lovely Friday and a great weekend everyone! 😘
