Hmm Just how I've managed to lose weight when I've done absolutely nothing this week except for FB, read n TV+ eat n eat I'll never know!?! 😃

LOL.. really I thought I'd have put on at least 3 lbs.. stuffing my face with crap during the night while sitting watching TV late hours..n no work, exercise or anything..amazed!
