Just one pound lost this week. I went well over my RDI 2 days last week....... (Friday was nearly 3000 cals) but still manage to average 1900 cals per day in the end. Happy to be in the 10 stone somethings at last even if its 10.13. Only 13 pounds now to hit the target.

well done! 10stones sounds a bit light for a man though?

Thanks Yasmine. I'm not very tall only 5 foot one so even 10 stone still puts me as slightly overweight. 9 and half is where I hit my ideal weight acording to NHS but I am big boned as they say lol.....I don't think under 10 is going to be right on me though I have always been heavy built. I work hard so don't need and certainly want to go to the gym. I will see in next couple of months when I get to my target if Iam going to go another half stone or maintain. Cheers :)

Understandable! I'm 5ft 2. I think 9st 9lb is my recommended BMI weight. But I don't believe BMI is accurate. I'm very very small boned, so I don't know what I 'should' be. Though I have nothing to compare to, I've not been under 11stone since I was 14.

Thanks outdoorsmum you are dead right. I have had to buy new trials gear I wear on the motorbike. I have had to get new clothes too lost over 4 inch off the waist size so far and tops now medium not large or xl. 32 inch waist now loose so by time I get to my target will prob be 30 inch. And yes this app is really good and the support information and guidance on here is excellent.

Thanks again outdoormum. You are spot on its hard work and determination. You still need to treat yourself but not too much it's so easy to fall into your old ways of eating but I find recording everything that you eat and over estimate the amount you have is a good policy, plus only weigh once per week same time every week. I usually know if I have lost weight before I even step on the scales by my average cals eaten against cals burnt for the week recorded on here. And as you say by how your clothes fit etc.
